Our business focused, experience based mentoring is designed to support our clients in becoming more effective in delivering their key business and personal objectives, often at transition points in their development. We aim to positively impact the bottom line, and assist with the personal development of talented people, in a commercial context. 

Our approach involves the accelerated, practical transfer of relevant experience from IDDAS mentors, coaches and advisors, all of whom have:

• PLC board or equivalent backgrounds in directly relevant sectors and business disciplines;
• Experience of individual and team development, with access to the highest level of psychometric testing and personality profiling expertise

Our Business Mentoring service is especially effective for individuals assuming a general management, leadership or board level role and/or taking responsibility for a business or change programme.

Each client is partnered with a Lead Mentor who, working with the individual and the organisation, defines, agrees and delivers the mentoring programme. The Lead Mentor ensures that each client has access to expert input from the full range of IDDAS Specialist Advisors.

In addition, and where appropriate, clients may take part on an IDDAS Corporate Governance Programme.
