The IDDAS Corporate Governance Programme is of direct practical relevance to the needs of today’s executives and is comprehensive in providing:
- A thorough appreciation of current best practice in Board practice and Corporate Governance, and their practical implications;
- Personal performance enhancement through coaching, role play and case study sessions.
Leading roles are taken by Lord Freeman, current Chairman of Thales and ex-Managing Director of Lehman Brothers, and Elizabeth Filkin, formerly Parliamentary Commissioner for Standards, supported by such eminent practitioners as Professor Andrew Chambers, author of Tottel’s Corporate Governance Handbook and editor of the International Journal of Auditing, and by IDDAS Directors, Mentors, Coaches and Advisors as appropriate.
The Programme has proven highly successful in equipping individuals with the knowledge, tools and skills to perform effectively at board level, be they new to the boardroom, or with an existing executive, or non-executive remit.
IDDAS can also provide an independent and objective review of a Board’s effectiveness. Following a proven framework and using highly experienced advisors we provide a full report and recommendations, to ensure the Board is ‘fit for purpose’.
IDDAS can further support the Board through the implementation of any recommendations identified during the evaluation. |
