Since its formation IDDAS has worked with Partners from the leading professional services firms including accountants, lawyers, surveyors and management consultants.

Over the years we have built up significant experience and understanding of the culture and organisational dynamics of professional services firms and the particular aspects of careers, development and leadership in partnership environments.

We provide professional services firms with specialist career management, business mentoring and development services. The Lead Mentors and Coaches within IDDAS are experienced in the professional services sector and work with well known and respected senior figures from the professional services world also act as Mentors, see legal mentoring team and property mentoring team.
