Tony Graham

Tony Graham is a Board Level Executive Mentor and Coach with over thirty year’s experience primarily in the fmcg and in-house service sectors including IT. His career has mainly been in the HR function but he also spent seven years in manufacturing earlier in his career.

Tony’s specific expertise and interest is in the driving and leading of business change and transformation, organisational and culture change, international restructuring, the development of business process as a lever to drive business change and the development of the people asset in the business. He also has experience in international Remuneration and Benefits at a strategic level as well as with European Works Councils.

Tony worked for Mars Incorporated for almost 30 years, has lived and worked in the UK, France, Holland and the US and has had extensive International responsibilities in senior operational Board roles particularly in Europe, the US and Asia-Pacific regions. Most recently he was the head of HR for Scottish & Newcastle which underwent a major transformation from a collection of nationally run businesses into an integrated International, successful fmcg drinks business - later sold to a rival consortium. Tony has some more recent consulting experience with smaller start up companies and professional bodies.
