Tony Goddard

Tony has over twenty-five years experience as a senior HR professional. Prior to establishing his own business. He was Director of HR at Mitchells & Butlers, a FTSE listed Company that operates over 2000 restaurants, bars and hotels in the UK and Europe. During this time, he played a key role in the strategy which saw the transformation of the business from 7000 unbranded drinks orientated sites to 2000 branded outlets delivering over 100 million meals a year. As a result, he has significant experience of successfully leading and managing organisational change. Having worked with the Board and Executive, he fully understands the complexity and pressures of today’s business environment.

Tony has been involved in designing and implementing senior management development programmes and has acted as a coach and mentor to many executives. He is qualified to use a range of psychometric profiling tools to assist in development. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and a member of the European Mentoring & Coaching Council.
