Sue Cox

Sue's career in HR culminated in the role of Group Personnel Director of Schroders, where she remained for 13 years until 2002. In pursuit of a long held ambition, she then managed her own transition from corporate life to become a business coach. She focuses on those recently taking on new or increased management roles as a result of promotion and on executives who want to get the best from themselves and the people with whom they work.
