Harry Richardson

Harry’s 21 years with Electronic Data Systems culminated in his role as Head of the UK Financial Services sector, where he led the structuring and implementation of some of Europe’s largest outsourcing contracts. Previously he was a member of the team which established EDS in the UK, and he led the integration of the group’s major European acquisitions. He also established and led EDS’s South African and Australian operations.

In 1998 he became CEO of Merchants Group, a leading customer contact facilities provider, developing and managing call centres for major companies including Virgin Mobile, One 2 One, Unilever, HBOS and NAG. He is now a non-executive director of Fletcher King plc, and specialises in mentoring chief executives of service companies seeking to achieve step changes in their organisations.
