Claire Coldwell

Claire is an experienced HR professional, with over ten years' experience in blue-chip companies. Following an earlier career in retail management, Claire retains a pragmatic approach, enabling her to balance commercial pressures with the needs of the individual. She is widely experienced in career counselling and executive coaching.

Qualified to Full Level B in psychometric testing, Claire has extensive experience in using personality-profiling tools with individuals and teams, up to and including board level, in order to enhance self-awareness and working relationships, so improving the productivity and contribution of a team.

Claire has a psychology degree and is a member of the British Psychological Society and the Association of Business Psychologists. Claire also holds a non-executive role as a board member of The Anvil Arts Trust.
