IDDAS was founded in 2002, providing experience based mentoring, coaching and advisory services to assist Senior Executives with business and career transitions.

Through Jonathan Cohen and David Stewart the IDDAS founding philosophy of a quality and personal focus was established, together with an approach to the transition market of using a unique panel of sector leading Mentors and a commitment to supporting individuals to achieve their goals. This Transition Mentoring approach was broadened out into Business Mentoring and Board Effectiveness for existing Board and Senior Leaders and IDDAS continues this focus to this day.

In 2008, IDDAS undertook its own successful transition into the Savile Group, a premier consultancy providing coaching, career transition and talent management to leading companies, professional services firms and the Public Sector.

Leading the newly integrated IDDAS Helen Pitcher as the CEO provided the platform for the development of its services to meet the growing needs of clients for Coaching, Leadership Development, Assessment and Board Effectiveness Reviews for the Board and Senior Leadership teams.

Today IDDAS provides a unique and clear focus on the Board and Senior Leadership arena, operating across the key areas of Performance Management, Leadership and Organisational Transitions, as experts in coaching, assessment, leadership development and facilitation, mentoring and career management.
